ORDERING POLICY
Payments/Deposits
All orders must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit, depending on the type and size of the order. Production will begin only once payment has been received. For larger or bespoke orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
Design
All our products are handcrafted and finished with care. While we strive to achieve a consistent aesthetic, slight variations in design, colour and decoration may occur, reflecting the artisanal nature of our work.
Cancellation/
Refunds
As all items are made to order, cancellations must be requested as early as possible.

Orders cancelled with sufficient notice may be eligible for a partial refund.

Late cancellations or last-minute changes may not be refundable.
Deposits for bespoke or large orders are non-refundable.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles a variety of allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs. While we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies are advised to contact us before placing an order.
